Information collection and use
We collect information about you to enable us to process your order and provide you with the best possible service. We need to collect your name, company name, job title, telephone number, email address, delivery address, banking details or credit/ debit card number and the cards expiry date; this allows us to process and fulfil your orders, to notify you of the status of your order or to contact you urgently if there is a problem.
Details such as names and addresses may be shared with third parties for manufacturing purposes, for delivery of a product that you have ordered or where references/ credit rating reports are required. We will not share any of your information with outside parties except to the extent that is necessary to complete this process.
Your data will only be used for the purpose it was collected; you will be given the choice to opt in/ out of any unrelated marketing/ contact.
We operate CCTV cameras in some areas of the company and visitors to the company may be recorded; the cameras are routinely monitored for security purposes only.
